Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in its original packaging.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
2. Policy by Purchase Channel
A. Direct Purchases (Purchased directly from Graphene Futuristic)
Within 30 Days of Purchase: Any warranty, repair, or replacement claim initiated within 30 days will have all two-way shipping and logistics expenses fully covered by Graphene Futuristic.
After 30 Days of Purchase: The customer is solely responsible for all two-way shipping and logistics costs (both sending the product to our designated facility and receiving it back).
B. Amazon & Third-Party Platforms
Initial returns and replacements are strictly governed by the respective platform’s standard return window.
Post-Window / Direct Claims: For claims beyond the platform’s return window—or direct warranty, repair, and refund requests processed through us—the customer is solely responsible for all two-way shipping and logistics costs.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Sale / Discounted items (only regular-priced items may be refunded)
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Selected health and personal care items
Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases
4. Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if approved):
Books with obvious signs of use.
Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item, along with the approval or rejection status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a standard processing window.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).
Contact your bank to verify processing times.

6. Exchanges & Defective Items
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or fall under a valid warranty claim. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, send us an email at graphenehelp@gmail.com .
7. Shipping, Packaging & Transit Responsibilities
Customer Responsibility: The customer carries full responsibility for safely packaging and delivering the product to our facility. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Company Responsibility: Graphene Futuristic takes full responsibility for the product’s safe transit when dispatching it back to your address once all applicable return logistics charges (if any) are settled.
8. Gift Returns
Marked as a Gift: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
Not Marked as a Gift: If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued directly to the original purchaser.
